I know a Christian woman who has struggled with her past for years. She rarely thinks or speaks of anything else. And as a result, her life has just spiraled downward, despite all my attempts to minister to her. It breaks my heart to see. Have you ever tried looking in your rear view mirror while you drive your car forward? Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? But this is what we're actually doing when we constantly think about our past as we try to move forward in the Lord! It's a surefire way to crash. Brothers & Sisters, we need to learn from the past, not live in it. We cannot move forward unless we stop looking backward and focus on the great things God has for us ahead! DON'T CRASH!
